Ambassador Dr. Namira Negm, Director of the African Migration Observatory (AMO), participated in the official inauguration of Marrakechโs year-long designation as the OIC Youth Capital for 2025.
This milestone, made pursuant to Decision No. 2023/011 of the Executive Council of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), recognizes Marrakechโs strategic role as a center for youth engagement, innovation, and intercultural dialogue across the Islamic world.
